Role & Responsibility

1. Identify & Recruit a team of individuals who are interested in Life Insurance Business and can be groomed as Business Partners / Agency Leaders / Business Associates

2. Train the BP / AL / BA to recruit Advisors / Agents

3. Train the entire distribution force (BP/AL/BA and Advisors / Agents) on products of the company and the SALES Process.

4. Develop the entire distribution force on the Sales Process by doing joint sales calls.

5. Monitor & Manager the entire distribution force to ensure business targets are met.

6. Drive the various contest of the company with entire distribution force.

7. Ensure all company policies and compliance is maintained by team.

Desired Profile:

1. Graduation Mandatory (All certificates to be provided)

2. Total 7 plus years of Sales Experience with 4 plus years experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel preferred / Candidates with concept selling experience also can be considered.

3. Sales Experience in concept selling also preferred.

4. Age less than 30-45 years.

5. Experience in Recruiting, Training & Managing teams preferred.

6. Should have stability in job and be process oriented
